Annie Cummings takes on Jordan Trek Challenge for Help for Heroes

Help for Heroes is doing an amazing job for so many military families and my cousin, Annie Cummings has chosen to undertake the Jordan Trek Challenge to give something back to Help for Heroes.

Some of you may know that the Cummings’ family went through something that many families with serving Military personnel unfortunately go through. On the 14th August 2009 my cousin – Jack Cummings – was seriously injured in Afghanistan. Through an unbelievable determination an inspirational outlook and the support of organisations like Help for Heroes, my cousin Jack and the family are adapting to the new life ahead.

Annie has been a rock throughout the last 18 months and is now looking to give something back to the organisation that for the first 6 months allowed Annie and my Uncle and Aunty to be by Jacks side every day in hospital. She is undertaking the Jordan Trek Challenge and is looking to raise sponsorship for Help for Heroes, so that they can continue to provide for those families that are or will unfortunately go through this in the future.
